Brandon Collier, a former UMass defensive tackle, has become a pivotal figure in the world of football recruiting as the founder of Premier Prospects International (PPI Recruits). After a playing career that included stints with the Philadelphia Eagles and in European leagues, Collier transitioned into developing American football talent abroad. His journey began after injuries ended his playing career, but his love for the sport drove him to establish PPI in 2016.

PPI Recruits focuses on identifying and developing European athletes who aspire to play American college football. Collier's influence has helped over 100 players from more than 20 countries earn scholarships to top Division I schools. His work has broken new ground in international recruiting, placing players from non-traditional football countries, such as Germany, Belgium, and Sweden, into U.S. colleges and even the NFL.

Collier's success stems from his dedication—he's often working tirelessly to find and promote talent—and his passion for changing lives. His recruiting efforts have particularly impacted young men from disadvantaged backgrounds, providing opportunities that extend far beyond football
